Flexible joint XGQT2

A quick assembly joint consisting of split clamps, rubber sealing rings, and fasteners is used. At the joint, a certain amount of relative angular displacement and corresponding axial deflection are allowed at the adjacent pipe ends. The allowable angular displacement is related to the pipe diameter, but no axial linear displacement is allowed. A flexible joint is a flexible joint.

Brief introduction

Design Features
Flexible joints with a flat end design utilize the fit gap between the joint shoulder and the pipe to achieve flexibility. This structure allows partial axial and radial displacement due to incomplete clamping of the joints on the pipeline without compromising strength, and is suitable for pipelines with deflection requirements. The joint structure fully considers the deviation of the pipe outer diameter to compensate for the adverse factors caused by the deviation. The flexible design can fully adapt to the pipe deviation, and the joint performance is not affected.
